Refund window

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied, by emailing support from the purchase email with your order number.

Refunds apply to the eligible payment only. Cancelling renewal does not refund past payments.

Refund requests are accepted within the first 7 days only, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Requests may be declined in cases of fraud or repeated purchase/refund cycles to gain temporary access.

Trading losses or unmet expectations are not grounds for a refund.
